Planning a Filming: Boxing Finale, 24th February 2022

After the failure of the Basketball session I had decided to continue with Boxing and to proceed without a ring, in the school Gym Hall.

Upon calling Jawad I was informed that he was having exams of his own and would be free on Friday. But that date is inconvenient for me as it's an off day from school and my Media Teacher won't be there to authorize the use of equipment. So I asked whether Thursday afterschool, at 2pm would be fine. He agreed to it.

The neat thing about the script being boxing is, I now only need to recruit one other person, who will be Jawad's opponent, and then myself as Director and Cameraman, it would be enough to have an entire portion of the Music Video complete.

I called up some very old friends of mine (old as in, known for a long time, they're not old people) who also took up boxing as a hobby, Shehryar Shafiq was unable to volunteer because his parents are very restrictive of his extra curricular activities. Sadiq Aslam said that it would be difficult to do at 2pm because that time coincides with work he has to do with his parents for moving houses. I told him that other than him I only knew of Shehryar for boxing and that I was kind of desperate. He said he'll call back later.

Few hours later I get a message saying he's in. Hallelujah!

So this Thursday, 2pm, Gym hall. It's settled. Let's see how it goes.
