A New Voice
I have college classes from Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 12:40am. It's 5 consecutive lessons of 50 minutes each, going Maths, Chemistry, C. Science, Physics, and Media. I kind of regret taking 5 subjects in A Levels, but this post isn't to complain about that.
My Physics Teacher is an excellent one, I love studying from him. However, since the beginning of A Levels Year 2, there's been problems with my schedule. His lessons coincided with those of Media, so I had to attend one or the other. I had a free slot available every day in the fourth one, and there happened to be another teacher who taught Physics in that time frame, so I changed teachers to him. He's also an excellent man, I love studying from him as well.
That whole paragraph above is just background. Since this teacher was changed, I now attended Physics with an entirely different group of students. I didn't really care much, but, one thing caught my eye. There were two students there, one who I knew in O Levels, and another who I had never seen before but was his friend. The person I knew was called Abdullah Khan, and the person he was talking to a lot, who caught my eye: Fahad Javaid. He had a very high pitched voice and his face seemed a very good match with the voice of Danny O'Donoghue, the main singer of Hall Of Fame. I eventually mustered up the courage to befriend the stranger, and a few days in the class had gone by, I informed him of my project. He agreed and was quite excited for it too. I'd have preferred filming this Friday, but we settled on next Friday, 18th of February for this, as another cousin, Basil Minhaj, was available at that time with a DSLR but wasn't available on the upcoming Friday. It had to be done on a weekend and in sunlight hours as night time filming would not fit the video well.
This worked in my situation because my other cousin, Abdullah Shehzad, who I was going to originally have as my singer, had to return to Australia and he wasn't available to film on weekends but was available to film on weekdays, which is problematic because I have classes. Fahad would be taking his place as main singer.
