The Plan Part 4 of 6: Locations

There's a hiking trail called Trail 3, if it's not closed by Covid then I could film there.

I took that image on my own hike there. My phone can take some really great images, but only with sufficient lighting. In this case, the sun. What better light source than that, right?
I want to end the song with the singer on top of the mountain, with a view like that behind him.

There's a gym that's pretty much riiiight next to my home that allowed filming for training on next Saturday, they don't have a boxing ring though so will still need to prepare something for that.

Ultimately my objective is to just show that this is the world stage, this is the final battle. I'm really hoping a ring is made available so I can show that emphasis and that struggle and especially that final push. If a boxing ring isn't available then this whole thing could fall apart.

There's one at the Sports Complex but I'm unaware of whether or not they'll allow filming there or not. If they do then all's well and good but if not then I'll have to find another option. I was told by Jawad of another location but he also mentioned a story of a boxer who lost his life there because the main floor was just made of concrete instead of the material it's supposed to be. Which is extremely tragic and makes my blood boil that an institution would let lives be lost for the sake of cost saving measures, but, it wouldn't help to worry. I'll just stay away from that one.

As for the hiking trail, if I'm not able to film there for whatever reason then I'll have to look for other options that have some form of path or in the end just, a view of the city. I wanted the trail to signify my singer going up a mountain, metaphorical to the journey of both the boxer and the gamer. The main priority being that when the journey ends, the view back of 'I did it......I finally.....did it.' is the one that feels the best.
